I lied incessantly Oh Lord! Because the truth I know has the power to kill!
It takes 1000 lies to hide one lie I was told, but Oh Lord, it took me a million lies to hide one bitter truth!
Give me the power to remember them all Oh Lord! Or give this truth the power to pierce my heart,
For there is no blade in this world Oh Lord, that is as incisive as this truth I hold so dear inside!
